The new building that houses the town library is proposed as a backdrop of the new square reproducing the original relationships between “full and empty” found in the map of the Teresian cadastre, three stories high is almost completely glazed on the model of large greenhouses and forward outside their civil service; inside is a place of observation sweeping over the park, the villa and part of the old town.
The project also includes the development of Villa Sormani as a central element of the cultural system-exhibition of historic Mariano, providing an ideal setting for permanent or temporary exhibitions of various kinds.
