Like a barn or a tower, the new stone-clad construction emerges juar next to the existing building, emulating some rural buildings in Cunardo’s historic center and conjuring the ancient presence of strongholds and fortifications (as remembered in the now lost famed castle) along the via Castelvecchio.

Come un fienile o una torre, la nuova costruzione rivestita in pietra si accosta all'edificio esistente prendendo ad esempio alcune costruzioni rurali del centro storico di Cunardo e rievocando l’antica presenza di rocche e di fortificazioni (il famoso castello ormai scomparso) lungo la via Castelvecchio.
